Plans

Open Settings → Billing in the app to see the plan you are on, switch plan, or cancel. Everything below explains what each of those does.

Every new account starts on a 14-day Pro trial with no card. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel — when the 14 days lapse the account simply moves to the Free plan.

The Free plan is $0 and asks for no card. Pro is $29 a month, or $290 a year — the annual price works out at about $24 a month. Team is $100 a month with 5 seats included and $20 a month for each seat beyond the five; annually it is $1,000 with extra seats at $200 each. Enterprise is quoted individually. Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy and renew automatically until you cancel. The full plan comparison is on the pricing page.

“Merchant of Record” is worth one plain sentence, because it shows up on your bank statement. It means Lemon Squeezy — not Intellrise — is the party that takes your payment, collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues the invoice. The practical consequence: the charge line on your card statement begins with LEMSQZY rather than our name. That is us. If you ever want to check a charge, that is the name to look for.

Which way that cuts is worth a second sentence, because it is the one that costs you money: our prices are set tax-exclusive, so $29 is the figure before tax and any tax due where you live is added on top of it, not taken out of it. Lemon Squeezy calculates the amount from your billing address. We deliberately do not print a rate for your country here — Lemon Squeezy publishes no country-by-country table, and a number we guessed would look exactly like a number we had measured. All plans are BYOK: you supply your own AI provider key, and any AI-provider charges are billed to you by that provider, separate from your Intellrise subscription.

Cancel anytime

1. Open Settings → Billing in the app (or use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal link in your receipt email).
2. Choose Cancel subscription.
3. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.

What happens to your data

Cancelling doesn't delete anything. Your saved reports, dashboards and connections stay, subject to Free-plan limits.

Refunds

14-day money-back on your first payment for a plan: if Intellrise isn't right for you, email contact@intellrise.com within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund.

Renewals after the first period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

Upgrades & downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and Lemon Squeezy prorates the difference where applicable. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
