Billing & cancellation

How plans, payments, cancellation and refunds work. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

Plans

The Free plan is $0 — no card required. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy, and renews automatically until you cancel.

All plans are BYOK: you supply your own AI provider key, and any AI-provider charges are billed to you by that provider, separate from your Intellrise subscription.

Cancel anytime

  1. Open Settings → Billing in the app (or use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal link in your receipt email).
  2. Choose Cancel subscription.
  3. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.

What happens to your data

Cancelling doesn't delete anything. Your saved reports, dashboards and connections stay, subject to Free-plan limits.

Refunds

14-day money-back on your first payment for a plan: if Intellrise isn't right for you, email contact@intellrise.com within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund.

Renewals after the first period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

Upgrades & downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and Lemon Squeezy prorates the difference where applicable. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
