Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record); their buyer terms also apply.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro, Team) are subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal). When you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period; then your account moves to the Free plan (your data and saved content remain, subject to Free-plan limits).

3. Refunds

14-day money-back on your first payment for a plan: if Intellrise isn't right for you, email contact@intellrise.com within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund.

Renewals (after the first period) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Annual plans: refundable within the 14-day window from the initial annual charge; after that, no partial refunds for the unused portion (you keep access until period end).

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

4. Downgrades & plan changes

Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period; features above your new plan's limits become unavailable then. Upgrade takes effect immediately; Lemon Squeezy prorates the difference where applicable.

5. Free plan

The Free plan is $0 and is not eligible for refunds (nothing is charged). All plans are BYOK — you supply your own AI provider key, and any AI-provider charges are billed to you by that provider and are outside Intellrise's billing.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and place the account in a short grace period before downgrading to Free.
