Your key goes straight to your provider, so you pay that provider directly at their rates. Inside Intellrise you set how much the AI is allowed to chew on per question — how much of your data it reads, how long an answer it writes, how hard it thinks — so a routine question stays cheap and an important one is allowed to cost more. On a plan that sells you credits, someone else decides that for you.

Yes, and no card. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro. After that it moves to the free tier (one database plus Google Sheets, three dashboards), so nothing gets locked away.
Tax is added on top, worked out from your billing address at checkout, so where sales tax or VAT applies you pay more than $29. Email contact@intellrise.com with your country and we will send the exact figure.
Yes, and Pro does not charge per database: three clients' Postgres databases run on one $29/month account, and Google Sheets never counts toward a limit. A client who needs their data walled off needs their own account.
On Free and Pro, yes. A Gemini key is free from Google AI Studio, needs no card, and is pasted in once (how). On Team, members without a key use the owner's.
Yes. You keep paid access until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your saved content stays, subject to Free-plan limits. Refunds and how the charge appears on your card are on Billing & cancellation.
